Mr. Carr worked as a Assistant Federal Public Defender for more than twenty-years before retiring from federal service and coming to Hofland & Tomsheck. Colson, 573 F.3d 915 (9th Cir. 2009) (overruling prior precedent that disallowed an appeal of a 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c) sentencing reduction motion).
Mr. Carr also explores his interest in the academic side of law by conducting continuing legal training in innumerable areas of practice and locations.
